Crystal Palace

In the heart of downtown Perth, the Crystal Palace is a four-season glass pavilion on the edge of the Tay Basin, where the light and the water become part of the celebration.

The heated glass building offers 4,560 square feet of open space, a true blank canvas that couples can shape around their own style, from long dinner tables to a dance floor that carries on late into the evening.

The Tay Basin fountain sits just outside and Stewart Park is only steps away, so it is easy to slip out for photographs by the water between dinner and the first dance. Ample parking is close by too.

Perth calls itself the wedding capital of Eastern Ontario, and the town makes it simple to keep the whole day close together: Stewart Park and Last Duel Park are available for outdoor ceremonies, with the Crystal Palace ready for the reception.

The Town provides 25 tables and 125 chairs at no extra charge, and a Special Occasion Permit can be arranged for couples who would like to serve drinks. On Saturdays the pavilion is available from 2 p.m., since it hosts the Perth Farmers' Market on summer mornings.
