Country Lodge

There is something comforting about celebrating in a log chalet, where rustic charm and open grounds make a wedding feel like a gathering at a family ranch.

The Country Lodge is a 6,000-square-foot log chalet set on a 17-acre ranch, yet it sits within Edmonton city limits. Spacious landscaped grounds invite guests outdoors, while the chalet offers an old country atmosphere inside.

Couples can hold their ceremony at the Country Lodge, with options both indoors and outdoors, and then carry the celebration straight into the reception. The venue can accommodate up to approximately 140 guests.

Full catering and bar services are provided, so the food and drinks are handled by the same team that knows the space. With catered events, the hall comes complete with set up and clean up, tables and chairs, full place settings, tablecloths and skirting for the head table.

A P.A. system with microphone, display easel, podium and dance lights are included, along with a self-serve coat check, giving couples the practical pieces for speeches and dancing.

The Country Lodge is operated by the Polish Veterans Society, whose staff bring experience with weddings and social events of all kinds. The Society also runs the Grand Ballroom and the Conference Hall for couples who need a different size of room.
