Confederation Centre of the Arts

A wedding at the Confederation Centre of the Arts can unfold beneath a skylight twenty five feet overhead, surrounded by marble walls in one of Prince Edward Island's most striking rooms.

The Centre sits in downtown Charlottetown, within walking distance of hotels, shops, music venues and restaurants. It holds more than 26,000 square feet of event space alongside its theatres and art gallery.

Memorial Hall is the heart of it, with marble lined walls and a glass topped roof, looking out toward the Amphitheatre and Province House. It seats up to about 200 for a banquet and welcomes up to 400 for a reception.

For an intimate ceremony, the Charles and Pauline Scott Family Courtyard offers blossoming plants and modern cobblestone in the middle of the building, with room for about 50 guests.

Next to the courtyard, Mavor's Lounge has a custom built bar, warm uplighting and views of the greenery, and Studio 1 adds space for dinners and dancing for up to 100.

The in house catering team offers packaged menus or a menu tailored to each event, and handles dietary needs with care.
