DoubleTree by Hilton Pointe Claire Montreal Airport West

DoubleTree by Hilton Pointe Claire Montreal Airport West gives couples the scale of a major ballroom wedding with the convenience of having guest rooms, catering and event spaces all connected beneath one roof.

The hotel's Champagne Ballroom is the centrepiece of its event facilities.

At more than 5,000 square feet, it can accommodate approximately 450 guests for a seated banquet or as many as 750 for a reception-style celebration.

The ballroom can also be divided into three sections, allowing couples with smaller guest lists to create a room that feels comfortably full rather than oversized.

Beyond the Champagne Ballroom, additional spaces such as Bordeaux and Merlot can support ceremonies, cocktails, family gatherings and other parts of the wedding weekend.

Pre-function areas give guests somewhere to gather before the doors open for dinner, while the hotel's catering and event teams can keep food and service connected throughout the celebration.

Accommodation is a major advantage.

Hundreds of guest rooms allow families travelling into Montréal to remain together, and the property's proximity to the airport makes arrival especially easy for guests coming from farther away.

Free parking and airport transportation add another practical layer to a wedding already designed around convenience.

For couples planning a generous West Island celebration and expecting guests from across the city or across the country, DoubleTree by Hilton Pointe Claire Montreal Airport West offers the space of a large wedding venue with the hospitality infrastructure of a full-service hotel.
