At the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre, couples can say their vows, dance all night and send guests up to their rooms without anyone needing to drive.

This independently owned, full service hotel stands on Hespeler Road in Cambridge, with 138 guest rooms and more than 13,000 square feet of event space under one roof.

Ceremonies and receptions can both happen on site. The Sussex Ballroom is the largest room, welcoming up to 400 for a reception or 200 at round tables. For a smaller celebration, the Dorset and Norfolk rooms work on their own or open into one space for up to 150 guests.

The Venue is a separate banquet facility with 12 foot ceilings, holding 150 for a reception or 120 seated at rounds.

Weddings are catered and planned by the hotel's catering partner, which offers wedding menus, tastings, help with styling and flowers, ceremony coordination and care for dietary needs.

A bridal suite with mirrors and a lounge area gives the wedding party space to get ready, with morning extras like a mimosa and pastry spread. Out of town guests can book a group room block, and the Presidential Suite has a separate living room and a soaker tub.
