A wedding at Black+Blue feels like a grand night out in downtown Vancouver, with exceptional steaks, an outstanding wine list and a rooftop open to the city sky.

This Vancouver steakhouse spreads across three floors and is known for its dry aged beef, which rests for 28 to 45 days in a locker lined with Himalayan salt. Generous cuts of meat, fish, seafood and poultry are also cooked over wood coals on a Josper grill.

On the third floor, The Roof is an outdoor restaurant and lounge and the largest rooftop dining spot in the city. It can be booked out entirely as an open air event space, and it is available all year.

Inside, the restaurant offers several private, semi private and buyout options for receptions, rehearsal dinners and wedding celebrations of different sizes. Set group menus are available for parties of more than ten, and the events team helps shape each menu to the occasion.
