Beanfield Center

Completed in 1929 and designed to showcase the latest in automotive innovation, the Automotive Building at Exhibition Place is an Art Deco landmark with lakeside views and a sense of occasion built into its very walls.

The venue sits within Exhibition Place in Toronto and is connected to the Enercare Centre. It combines its history with modern technology and is Canada's first LEED Silver conference centre, designed for meetings, conventions and galas.

At its heart is the largest ballroom in Toronto, at roughly 43,900 square feet. Used in full, it can seat approximately 2,280 guests for a banquet, and it can be divided into two rooms for smaller events.

Three pre-function spaces with natural light sit on the main floor, offering room for a cocktail hour before guests move in for dinner.

The second floor holds 20 meeting rooms and five open lounges with natural light. These rooms range from about 40 to 520 guests in a banquet setup depending on the combination, which gives a smaller celebration plenty of options.

Food and beverage are provided by Cerise Fine Catering, and the building's environmental features include green-powered heating and cooling and rainwater harvesting.

A couple might picture an elegant gala-style reception in a historic hall, with guests gathering by the windows before dinner begins.
