Basecamp Lodge Canmore is a timber-framed lodge in the heart of Canmore, a short walk from downtown and easily reached from the highway. It is built to BUILT GREEN® standards and surrounded by the peaks of the Canadian Rockies.

Celebrations centre on the Great Room, the lodge's private function space. Floor to ceiling windows bring the mountains into the room, and a grand fireplace gives everyone a natural place to gather.

The Great Room welcomes up to 30 guests, making it well suited to elopements and intimate weddings. The lodge offers indoor wedding ceremony packages in the Great Room, bookable from 8am to 6pm.

The package includes private use of the Great Room along with tables and chairs, linens, water, coffee and tea. For food, couples can arrange catering from Basecamp's own restaurant, Rhythm & Howl, or bring in their own.

Guests can also stay in the lodge's cozy rooms, and there is an on-site sauna for unwinding once the celebrating is done. Family might arrive the night before, share breakfast together and walk into town between moments.
