The banquet centre in Thorold is owned and run by the De Divitiis family, and has been part of celebrations in Niagara for more than 50 years. It hosts everything from intimate ceremonies to large receptions.

Ceremonies can take place on site, either indoors or in the licensed courtyard, with an ordained minister included in the package. Couples have access to a bridal room to get ready and catch a quiet moment.

The all-inclusive package brings together a DJ, a day-of coordinator, full décor and centrepieces, premium linens and Chiavari chairs, so couples have fewer details to arrange themselves.

The evening opens with a cocktail hour of hors d'oeuvres and champagne, followed by a six-course dinner that can be customized from more than 40 selections. A late-night buffet, coffee, tea and espresso round out the night, and couples and their parents can sample the menu beforehand.

The bar offers hours of premium service with Niagara VQA wines and signature cocktails.
