At AG Inspired Cuisine, a wedding is an intimate dinner party in a private room, with farm-to-table cooking at the heart of the celebration and the Horseshoe Falls just a short walk away.

The restaurant sits inside Sterling Inn & Spa, a boutique inn in Niagara Falls, the city long known as the honeymoon capital of the world. TripAdvisor has named it among the top date night restaurants in the world.

Weddings take place in Rouge, the private event room, which suits celebrations of 20 to 50 guests. The room also works well for rehearsal dinners and showers in the days around the wedding.

The food begins on the restaurant's own farm. Executive Chef Cory Linkson builds seasonal menus from fresh regional ingredients, and every wedding package includes a three-course set menu with a starter, main and dessert, plus a menu tasting for the couple before the big day.

The packages bring the details together: white linens, a microphone, projector and screen, cake cutting, fresh coffee and espresso, signature Bellini and Sangria cocktails, and a bar that stays open through dinner. Extras such as a champagne reception, hors d'oeuvres and an open bar can be added.

Because the restaurant shares its home with the inn, guests can book overnight rooms, a dinner or spa time on site, subject to availability. Parking and WiFi are complimentary.
