The Nest at UBC gives couples something wonderfully unusual for a Vancouver wedding.

Floor-to-ceiling windows rise around the room, filling a large celebration with daylight before Vancouver evening begins appearing beyond the glass.
The Gallery & Patio changes the mood.
Up to 200 guests can gather in a contemporary indoor space connected to an outdoor terrace, allowing cocktails and conversation to spill outside when the weather cooperates.
Then there is the Rooftop Garden.
Elevated above campus, it gives smaller celebrations somewhere green and open to gather without leaving the building behind.
That variety means the wedding does not have to be squeezed into one predetermined idea of what a reception should look like.

The Nest's wedding team currently offers dedicated planning resources for cultural weddings, including Indian and Chinese celebrations, alongside its wider wedding program.
