Studio 301 is for couples who love the character of an old brick space but want their wedding to feel unmistakably modern.

In downtown Saskatoon, exposed red brick meets crisp white walls, sleek black details and large windows that pour natural light across The Grand.

It is the kind of room that arrives with personality without deciding what the wedding needs to look like.

Up to 150 guests can gather here, giving couples enough space for a full celebration while keeping everyone connected to the same room.

During the day, the windows do much of the work.

Light moves across the white walls and brick as tables are dressed, flowers arrive and the empty venue slowly becomes something that belongs to the couple.

Tables, black resin chairs and floor-length white linens are already available through the venue, creating a polished foundation without filling the room with someone else's style.

Couples can then bring their own caterer, giving them freedom to make dinner reflect their tastes, traditions and the people gathered around the tables.

And when dinner ends, The Grand is ready to change again.

There is an in-house bar. The room that felt bright and architectural during the afternoon begins to soften as evening arrives outside the windows.

Speeches finish.

Music starts.

The brick disappears behind people standing, talking and eventually dancing.

Studio 301 also has The Suite, a smaller companion space that gives celebrations another room to work with, whether for more intimate moments or as part of the wider flow of an event.

But the beauty of The Grand is its restraint.

It does not pretend to be a castle.

It does not need acres of countryside.

It gives couples brick, light, beautiful proportions and enough of a blank canvas to make the rest unmistakably theirs.

By the end of the night, nobody is thinking about the red brick or the white walls anyway.
