What’s included in the pricing?
The price listed is for a standard 6 hour ceremony & reception. I am flexible since timing can fluctuate on a whim. Travel fee is based on how far away from Madoc your wedding or event is.
The package includes tastefully edited photos matching not just your theme, but your personalities as well. There’s never any forced posing unless you’re trying to get published. You can expect candids and b-roll as well.
Last but not least, I keep every photo I take for life. Lose your phone? Cloud not backing up? Get in touch and I’ll send you free digital backups for as long as I live.
What if we want more than ceremony & reception?
I can definitely accommodate a full days coverage to include getting ready candids, venue decor, first dances, speeches and more.
To get a sense of what you’re looking for, we can setup a time to chat that works for your schedule and go over every detail.
Itineraries should be confirmed within two weeks of the wedding date to ensure adequate preparations.
Deposits & Refunds?
In order to ensure everything stays above board, I like to request 20% to be paid no less than 6 months prior to the wedding date.
10% is non-refundable 3 months prior, and the remaining 10% is non-refundable 1 month prior.
Final balance is to be paid before any photos are released, with the exception of teasers as proof of work.
How long before we see the photos?
This varies depending on the size and scope of your wedding. For smaller, more intimate weddings, I push hard to get photos back within two weeks, sneak peeks ready within a few business days to ensure I’ve captured your style.
For larger, more involved weddings, this could take up to a month with sneak peeks ready in about a week or two.
I try to batch upload photos based on what point in the celebrations they took place: ceremony, reception, etc. Once I’m done one segment, it gets uploaded and I get to work on the next.
What happens if you can’t make it?
In the event of a major emergency (family, medical, etc), I always try my best to have reliable backups ready. This isn’t always easy as pricing & availability varies, but I will make every effort reasonable to have my place covered by a trusted solo or team. Any money paid will be sent to the replacement, no questions asked.
In the event I can’t make it AND no suitable replacement can be found, you will be reimbursed every last dollar in a timely manner.
