She has 15+ years in operations management dealing with dozens of in-house staff and coordinating with vendors. He brings over 5 years in construction, administration and project management. Together, we’re unstoppable.

What does your pricing include?
The starting price is for day-of coordination. If you’ve done all the legwork already, we’ll make sure your vendors know where they need to be and when. You can focus on your special day. Full coordination packages start at $1,000 and include vendor management, payment processing and itinerary planning, among other things. Need more? Let’s chat and figure out what your day should look like and how everything should flow. We’ll plan, call and make backup plans so there’s no snags or hiccups.
What sets you apart?
Our time spent in operations management, project management and administration means we know what goes on behind the scenes, and it’s nothing scary. You want peace of mind everything will be taken care of, and we (literally) bring the receipts. We’ve also learned that every plan looks great on paper, but planning for the what-ifs is non-negotiable. We hold our vendors to their contracts, so you can hold us to ours.
Decor & Rentals?
Of course! We want to make sure your day looks and feels exactly like you envision. We have the capacity to create decor that matches your aesthetic so everything flows coherently. If you’ve done want some activities without adding the cost of another wedding vendor, we’d be more than happy to design something that meets your expectations. We’ve build backdrops, plinko boards, cornhole boards, and we’re not afraid to take on more ambitious projects. If we can’t design it, we’ll provide some options so you can decide what route to take.
